I saw the add on Craiglist, its listed about 100 times. Went online and filled out their application. Received a phone call from someone just checking me out. I then got another call to come in for an interview. Showed up at a pretty sketchy office and was interviewed via webcam (Could have done that from home). When i got there they had me fill out another application that was at least 10 pages long. After the interview I left got a phone call about an hour later asking me to start tomorrow.

Very professional the moment I walked in. I got to meet several people and the interview was tough but fair. The interviewers would end up as my managers.
