It was pretty short and focused on wine knowledge. You are expected to give a full availability. More like a sales position. You are also required to work in the kitchen, floor, bar and operations.

Two set of interviews. The first very easy going like an ice breaker. Learned a bit on the history, what is Vino Volo. Second, was more questions but smooth
