Once you are in person they look at your resume and go down the list asking you about your qualifications and how you could fit into Vineyard Vines Philosophy. Ask some questions about the history of the brand as well. Easy going comfortable environment but a little research goes a long way before.

Asked normal retail interview questions, definitely concerned with upholding the preppy/put-together image of the staff that they hire. Had one interview before being hired, which had a casual and nice vibe.
