Thanks for the response. I had actually given a number of times to do the interview but you were not able to connect via Facetime. We save time by doing a facetime first so people don't have to take a half day off work so with a 15 min slot this can be conducted anywhere with a good internet connection. Timeslots are available from 8am to 7pm so there is a lot of flexibility for a 15 min intro. When on the interview on further probing it had become clear you had moved again with that detail missing on your CV. As we dug deeper we spoke about some of the operational elements of your role rather than a 100% outbound sales including the sales leads that were generated for you to close. As a team it's important we ensure we hire the right people who will be able to drive the business forward and felt it was not suitable which is why to save everyone time, we stopped the process.
