I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vim Concepts (West Saint Paul, MN) in Feb 2019
Interview
First interview is 15 mins in person. They make you wait 30 minutes with other candidates and then go in for a pretty standard interview. Said they would call by the end of the day and never heard from them.

Interview
The interview process is a 3 interview process in which it is slowly revealed that you are not interviewing for the position you applied for. VIM will flood job-sites with many different listings and different titles such as "customer service representative", "marketing specialist" "marketing manager", etc. which is used to draw you in to an interview. They it is relvealed that "Every employee starts in the same place" which is an entry level sales position. The job entails selling cellphone plans in big box stores like Costco. They they attempt to SELL you on the position; which, as someone who is trained in sales strategy, was very noticeable to me. They will tell you how you can move into a management position within the year and start making more money. However, even the upper management positions still require sales. Keep in mind, I DO NOT HATE SALES. In fact, this was a company that I may have enjoyed working at. What I did not appreciate was their misrepresentation of available positions, and being "sold" to during the interview process. After this process I talked to a few colegues of mine who had interviewed with VIM in the past, and they all had similar experiences. This is a company that wants you to work in sales (or Direct Marketing as they call it). If you want to do sales, this is probably a good company for you. However, if you want to go into marketing I would avoid this company and save yourself the trouble.

Interview
3 stage interview process, initial screening, "training" then final selection. They dont even discuss salary until round 2 of interviews. Round 2 is where you learn that THIS WHOLE operation is a scam. You're gonna end up selling stuff in Costco and Sam's club. DO NOT fall for it
