Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about yourself and what is one achievement you're proud of
The interview process was flexible and accommodating. More conversational, where the interviewer wanted to know about past experiences, motivations and aspirations. Shared about the organisation's mission in detail and the project overview and responsibilities for the role.
I received an email outlining the recruitment process. Regrettably, the tone of the email came across as brusque and impersonal, lacking the warmth one might expect from an organization known for its commitment to social impact.
I was given a case study, it was only after reaching out to remind them about the pending case study that I received the material. Yet, following the submission of my work, there was a deafening silence. No acknowledgment of receipt, no indication of whether my application was being considered, and certainly no feedback on the case study.
