Phone interview and 2 separate in person interviews on site. in hindsight based on how this ended they would have saved all of us time if they learned how to use skype. questions were easy. offices easy to get to but dumpy inside with no receptionist and everyone making an effort to ignore whoever comes in the door. i wasn't getting a great feeling and was actually relived not to get an offer when they talk about a very low salary and 24/7 client access to customer service. how low was the salary? what i was making in 1989. YUP 30 years ago.
