Village Hotel Club interview questions

Met with the lead housekeeper and another staff member, they spoke to me about what the job entails and told me details of salary and hours. They asked me some relevant questions throughout the interview

They asked a lot of questions about motivation for joining Village Hotel, and not many on why I would be good for the job. They also asked a number of questions about lifestyle as this job was a very early morning one. Then the interview became more of a conversation, honestly it didn't feel very professional.
