The interview process was a two round interview meeting with the Store manager and general manager. Process took about several weeks. It started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview with the Regional Manager.
Interview was two parts. One with the store manager and one with the regional manager. Questions were easy, asking about previous retail experience. Both interviews were in the same week.

Resume was given to hr, who screened and interviewed over the phone. If you pass this part you get a face to face with the store manager and if that goes well you speak to the area manger over phone or skype.
