With Covid, everything was done by phone and Zoom. They seem to focus on details of past successes, and practical things you bring to the table. It wasn’t formal like Pharma interviews I’ve been on where arbitrary questions are asked that have subjective meanings. These people are super practical, very nuts and bolts.

Pretty easy. They asked about salary expectations. I told them and they low balled me. Then they told me that being salaried wasn’t “an option”. Everyone here is hourly which is absolutely absurd.
