Very polite and professional. The lady interviewing was not intrusive. Overall a good interview, although she does not exactly explain the tasks of the position. She checked also my Englis.
2 rounds of interviews. One with HR and other with Manager. Very easy questions. custom service experience related questions. Do not stress about the interview. Prepare most common customer service questions.
