Interview
It was a 3 member panel through campus-placement. They had given an initial test which had behavioural questions. I don't think they checked the answers and then went straight for the interview round which was also mostly behavioural questions (and one psychology theory question).

The process was okay but the salary promised and actually received were poles apart. The CTC mentioned on the offer letter was way lesser than the one discussed in the interview.
