Thank you for interviewing with Vidsy and also for feedback on your experience. When considering candidates for our Engineering Team, we run an interview process that assesses them both technically and culturally (typically 2 interview stages and a task, after an initial call with our Talent Team). We only move forward with candidates we feel are at the right level technically, and a good fit culturally for our team. While technical knowledge is important, it’s really important that anyone joining our small team would find our product interesting, work well within our cross-functional squad model and enjoy the autonomous and flexible environment we operate in.
