As the company is based in Ireland, the initial interviews were primarily conducted by phone or video conference. After the first 2-3 video conference or phone calls, I was able to have in-person interviews while some of the executive team were on trips to LA: one with the CRO and another with the CEO. Thereafter, I completed a case study type of exercise and had a final panel interview over video conference.
Everyone was very nice, honest and upfront, and very punctual which I appreciated. They got back to me when they said they would, were very communicative and made every effort to make sure I understood the scope and logistics of the position.
