Two phone interviews. The initial screening interview was with a recruiter with basic interview questions. The second interview was a mock counseling session, where the interviewer pretended to be a patient, and I demonstrated my counseling style. I declined their job offer because the pay was pathetic. I was offered $20/hr. This is a pathetic offer for a registered dietitian.
