I was selected to do a video-recorded screen. Several of the questions were similar but worded differently. The recording process took quite a bit of time as a result. I was then asked a week later to complete a personality quiz and a cognitive assessment. They were both pretty straightforward but I required technical assistance due to deficiencies in the platform during the process. I was invited for an interview with the hiring managers several weeks later. They did not tell me who was interviewing me beforehand and later rejected me over my “profile,” which I took to mean my resume and assessments (this was never elaborated on). The entire process felt insincere and cold. The effort I put into the process was extensive. The platform was buggy and the steps were communicated poorly. Following my interview I reached out to a recruiter to get some more details about the process/decision (at their invitation) and they ghosted me. I strongly feel the process was designed to test their product rather than genuinely consider all candidates in the pool. Fair warning if you are applying here that you might be wasting your time.
