Was done smoothly, it was a video interview with pre-recorded questions and then a questionarre after with basic computer knowledge. Basically the product they sell is the type of interview that is conducted for the hiring process.

I had t do some competency based videos and test. The test was to test how familiar you are with the PC and also your language skills. I was asked to respond to to a particular in English language and another foreign language

Going through their platform which In the end I would not recommend. It ia strange to be asked questions via text and to record yourself via video. It does not feel natural like a normal interview might.
