In person got a call back within 2 weeks. The group interview was about 1 hour long. One tip would be to have your references ready & be completely honest! Once they have called your refrences they will give you a call within 1 week. If not you will recieve a letter saying they have chosen some one else.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
