The interview was over an hour long. Lots of questions about my background and how I connect with people on a team. I came in for two different interviews. Both this long. It definitely could have been less time and not twice.
Two interview process; one with recruiter and final with store or district manager, good timeline in the process, genuine conversations rather than just the typical question and answer in each interview
