I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2015
Interview
The woman that was interviewing me was rude the entire time she was blurting out curse words and saying rude things under her breath about me and the other girl I was interviewing with it was a horrible experience I was treated like I was below her and it makes me never want to shop at Victoria's Secret again
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
