I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Ontario, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was an "on-the-spot" interview, so I was told to show up between a certain time frame. There were multiple managers interviewing and it was set up outside the store. Basically it was open for anyone to come by and interview. The actual process of applying, following up, getting the interview, and getting a call back was about 4 weeks. They actually went through all of my references and a background check, which is probably why the process took so long.
