Interview
First it was like a phone interview asking basic questions about yourself. If they want you to come int for an interview they'll set it up at the end of the call. Group interview with about four or more girls. Sometimes it's with one manager, sometimes two. They will ask a series of questions that they want everyone to answer. They basically try to get a feel of your personality and see if you're a good fit to be in a sales environment.

Relatively simple. Most times they will ask you to come into the store for an interview. You will sit in either the break room or the manager's office for the interview.
