I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Honolulu, HI) in Feb 2014
Interview
Hiring and interview process was simple enough; open interviews were a little harder to juggle but were easily dealt with, being first to answer was smiled upon. Be ready and prepared. Look the part, and try your hardest to impress upper management in your store.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was the best customer experience you've had in our store or in any store in general?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
