I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Durham, NC) in May 2015
Interview
It was a very light, friendly, positive and inspiring environment. It was a group interview with five applicants at a time. We all took turns introducing ourselves and answering questions. The whole interview took about 30 mins to an hour. The employer was so nice and kind. She asked important questions, informed us on what was to be expected if hired, dress code, work environment and tips to succeed.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here, and what special/specific skills do you have to contribute to the growth of the store?
Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

Interview
The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 10 minutes early and she was already prepared to take me back. She gave me a timeline of the hiring process so I wasn't waiting around for an answer.

Interview
Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
