Two rounds of interviews, they ask a lot of sales behavior questions, and want to know about your personality, this process is very quick during the holiday season, if you are knowledgeable of retail business, just be enthusiastic and you should get the position

Tell me about a team you dealt with conflict with a customer
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
