I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview questions were pretty standard, and took a total of 30 minutes long maximum. Why do you want to work here? What do you already know about the company? etc. The interviewer was friendly and engaging and actually listened to answers.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
