I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview process was very casual. The interviewer was very nice and she asked questions related to retail and also stuff about me. I was pretty comfortable when I did the interview that I got the job on the spot. Once they hired me I instantly started work the next day! It was a lot to take in but if you learn quick the job is pretty easy

Question 1
Describe a experience where there was a altercation with you and another employee, how would you go about it?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
