Multiple rounds, phone interviews, included group interviews with people also applying for the job (we all got hired essentially on the spot). Overall pretty standard hiring experience. This lasted about 1-2 weeks after my initial application for the job.

Question 1
What do you like about the VS brand? Why do you want to work here?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Reading, England)
