Contact via phone after submitting application online. The manager of the store you applied to calls to set up an interview with a supervisor of that department you apply for. Once an interview is set up you arrive to the store location and complete paperwork application to submit. It’s wtiting out what is on your resume and application

The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
