Handed my application to the representatives who were recruiting at my college and set up an interview then and there. Had a group interview, even though it was only myself and one other person. Had both my first and second interview on the same day due to the stores need for people to work. Got a call back within exactly a week from my interview date.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation with stealing or something along those lines.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
