The partner I interviewed with was very aloof, spoke almost in a mumble and left after about 10 minutes. Beware, they will ask you to do a ton of research and write up a business plan complete with monthly cash flow and proof of capitalization as part of a skills test. It caught me completely off guard as there is no prior notice and they gave me 24 hours to complete it. This was almost impossible for me as I walked out of the interview at 3pm and had prior commitments the following day. So basically they ask you to do all this at the drop of a hat and when you tell them it doesn't jive with your schedule they basically say "too bad". I consider it a bullet dodged if this is how they treat their employees.
