I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VibraLife (Mechanicsburg, PA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Went through interview process and was offered a job. Then rejected!
The interview process was complex due to lack of communication, limited interview availability and vague job description. It was hard to get an interview with the limited and short time slots. There was no communication of instructions upon arriving for interview it what to bring. The job descriptions, both posted and verbal during interview, were extremely vague. Job descriptions didn't include vital information like shifts or scheduling. Questions on details of position were not answered. I was offered the job two weeks after interview. VibraLife has the absolute worst HR I have dealt with. They just send you an email with on-boarding material. They don't tell you that the sent the email nor do they explain or support you with the on-boarding material. The on-boarding material is quite extensive. HR does not communicate what so ever. They are extremely vague and passive aggressive in responses. HR absolutely does NOT answer any questions. For example, I asked what shifts I would work in the position. HR's response was "You will be placed on the schedule. We can discuss it more after your in person on-boarding." HR had no enthusiasm for me to join the team. They should at least fake it and make me feel welcomed. HR was not supportive in anyway of me taking the position. Then right before in person on-boarding, HR text me " We do not want to move forward with your process for employment. I am sorry if you have any questions please ask. " That's it. Bam! No explanation, nothing. I responded with questions and request to discuss. HR never responded.
VibraLife personnel, especially HR. is very unprofessional and off putting. Don't waste your time and apply here. If this is how they are in the on-boarding, can you imagine how awful it would be once you are employed.
