I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Viatris in Feb 2025
Interview
Had a phone interview with a recruiter, video call with the hiring manager, and an in person interview. All communication was done through a corporate recruiter who answered all my questions by copy-pasting answers from the hiring manager with bare minimum effort to edit them into coherent sentences. The in person interview was scheduled for 5 hours, I was provided a list of the 6 people I would be interviewed by. The afternoon before I was informed that I was expected to give a presentation to the team. It was unprofessional of the recruiter to provide so little time and almost no direction other than "give a presentation". A couple of employees I spoke to the day of the interview also mentioned that they were only told the day before that they were expected to participate in the interview. I got the impression that the interview/hiring process was mostly done by the recruiter (who had no technical understanding of the position and lives in a different part of the country) and communication with the team was absolute bare minimum. All of the people I spoke to onsite during the interview were very pleasant, but seemed a little frustrated by the interview process.

Interview
great experience, they ask you a few behavioral and technical questions, relevant to challenges every pharmaceutical company faces. the turnaround time was fairly quick, was able to hear back from the company right after I took the interview. and was able to join after
few weeks
