Interview
One phone screening with recruiter that lasted 15 minutes. Then 2 interview rounds, one with hiring manager and another with 2 other team members. Each round was about 30 minutes.

Question 1
How do you stay motivated as an intern knowing that you may not get to work hands on on big projects?
It was a clear and transparent process. There wasn’t overly complicated questions or steps to complete that wasn’t relevant to the job. The person who interviewed was friendly and relaxed which made the interviewee comfortable.

Interview
The manager talked with me for an hour and a half. Before the interview, I was required to search for papers related to out-of-patient management. And the manager asked me for details about my search strategy.
