initial interview is a phone screening, followed by a 3-hour interview process which consists of a 1:1 interview with hiring Supervisor, followed by 3-4 different staff members interviewing you for "culture fit". Once you are done and you get an offer it takes HR about a week to send you letter and sometimes you have to follow-up with them.
