Process was smooth and efficient. Interviewed with 2 Director level then Sr Managers. Offered a position the same week. Questions from Director level were typical STAR method type. They wanted to know how I resolved a specific situation and what the results were. I provided examples with metrics and I had the experience they were looking for.
