Interview was fine. Onboarding was disorganized, many hands in the pot, record keeping was poor. Training was non-existent at all levels. As a manager, I should have had training on the MR system to help with staff onboarding. No training for managers on what they are managing. Sink or swim.

It was good and non-discriminatory Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Why do you want this job? Where would you like to be in your career five years from now? What's your ideal company? What attracted you to this company? Why should we hire you?
