Interview
It was a pleasant interview experience overall. The first stage is a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager who asked me a series of motivation and competency based questions. Prior to the interview I had been told that little preparation was needed, but I feel that the questions definitely required more than just a little, so I am glad that I had prepared thoroughly. I was then sent a task to complete within a few days.
I applied online. It was a relaxed and friendly process where you do have a pre-interview, carry out a task and then have a follow-up interview with some of the Verve team.

Began with a presentation and meeting some of the older graduates

Individual written task, pulling out key points from a research project
