The interview process at Verve Industries consisted of two online rounds. The first was personality-based, assessing cultural fit, communication skills, and alignment with the company’s values and work environment. The second round was technical, focused on Excel skills, where I was tested on data analysis and problem-solving using spreadsheets. Both rounds were designed to evaluate my interpersonal traits as well as practical abilities effectively.
