Very honest. Asked questions to test my knowledge on the work that I'd be doing. Went through my CV 1 by 1 and questioned reasons for leaving previous jobs. I answered honestly as main reasons were that they were fixed term contracts or the employer clearly shot down a request for additional development making ir clear it would never be available to me.
