I applied online and had an initial phone screening. Toward the end she asked if I would be able to work 11am-8pm to which I said I would not. The call ended with us agreeing I wouldn't be a good fit since those were the hours. The next day I got an email to move forward in the interview process. I sent 2 emails to confirm I could not work that time and would proceed if they acknowledge that. The next interview went great, I really enjoyed the hiring managers but at the end of the call, I confirmed the time and they said that was the expected time. A few days later, the HR recruiter called me to ask about the hours again. I told her again I could NOT work those times. The next day, got a request to interview with the Director and Sr Manager. I felt like the interview went great, they told me I would hear back in about a week as they had other interviews. A week went by so I emailed the HR recruiter. She emailed back that she would give me an update the next day. Another week went by - at this point I had written them off as too many red flags from the HR department - I got an automated rejection email. Since I had gone through several rounds of interview, I expected at least some type of feedback so I emailed the HR recruiter and her manager who I had spoken with as well. The manager asked her to provide me with feedback. It's been another week and I have heard NOTHING back from her. It seems like a great company but the HR recruiter really makes them look awful.
