I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Version 1 (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2012
Interview
Focus was on how you would blend within the company, read up of the values and incorporate them into your interview. I did my interview years ago so it may have changed over this period but solid advise to know the business and know your interviewers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Version 1 (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2017
Interview
Multiple interview stages a psychometric, video interview and then a final full assessment day. The psychometric is easy however people get caught up answering all the answers 100% instead of taking speed into account which is a big part of the exam. The video interview is also straight forward but more nerve racking than you would think, be confident, honest and don't ramble and use the 2 minutes at the end. As for the final assessment day, its long but do your research on the core values of the company, practice presenting your work and your reasoning behind it
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Version 1 in Apr 2014
Interview
Had an initial chat on phone with Recruiter from Version 1 for a quick run through my CV. They explained the online personality test and aptitude test process. The online tests took about an hour, you need to concentrate and be fast. The recruiter got back the next day with results and arranged interviews the next week in Version 1's offices. Technical interview and HR interview took place the same day, took about 2 hours, very friendly and positive experience.

No difficult or unexpected questions, more a friendly chat for the company to find out about you and vice versa.
