Interview
HR had no understanding of the requirements for the position I interviewed for. The person from the C-Suite ( I presumed) I interviewed with was far more concerned with growing their asset class than employees, customers, or the welfare of the company itself. I wouldn't work for or bank with this company given my interview experience, glad I wasn't contacted for a third interview.

Basic interview , asked standard questions during the interview , no longer than 15 minutes to 20 minutes .Basic standard questions asked during interviews.The first interview was followed by a second one in which they ask the exact same questions from the previous one

2 phone interviews. Easy process basic customer service questions. Interviewer was nice and personable. Was not particularly challenging. Shared my experience and was asked follow up questions. Shared stories about current environmental.
