Interviewed by phone, with the HR responsible and the manager of the position. The interview was to check my job experience and the possibility to move to Iowa to take the internship. They also clarified about the position and the process.

I was an internal candidate interviewing for a Design engineer role with the new product development team. Got to say that the process it’s easier and faster. The interview lasted about an hour and I got an offer the following week.

Interview
They sit you down with a bunch or other managers and ask you questions about your experience mostly behavioral but expects you to explain technical stuff within the answers.
Very calm and friendly interview. Go over resume and talk a lot. They love the word hydraulics and use it everywhere.
