I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verkada (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2025
Interview
Including the initial screener phone-call with the recruiter, I had a total of 5-6 interviews. The last two rounds of interviews were in person, in the office, where I met with 2 people in person each time. Then met with a senior recruiter / senior sales manager at HQ via zoom while at the office. It sounds pretty "rapid-fire" but it is not like that. They make the process very straightforward and they want to see you do well in these interviews. My recruiter was GREAT about prepping me before interviews and giving me feedback. I genuinely think I only had one surprise question throughout the entire hiring/interview process! (any good salesperson should be able to navigate a surprise question just fine, so I do not see a problem with them throwing in one or two throughout the process) Verkada truly is a class act.
