Three stages - made it to the final stage which three 30-minutes interviews and a role play where you pitch Verkada. Overall the people I interviewed with was great and made an interview seem more like a casual conversatition which made it easier to not be too nervous! The process was long as the recruiter took long to respond between interviews but I got feedback along the way that they were impressed with me as a candidate and wanted to move forward with me. After finishing the final interviews I was happy as I felt like I nailed it but after 10 days I recieved an automated mail saying that they choose another candidate. As the process was long and took alot of effort from my side I expected to get something better than an automated mail and as I had no idea what I could have done differently I would have liked to get some feedback. I therefore reached out to the recruiter to ask for feedback but never got a response. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
