Relatively straight forward process - Had an initial interview/phone screen with recruiter and then got passed onto the Head of sales for a separate interview. I exited the process after this stage but post this was meant to be whats called sales performance record presentation which they prepared me for and then a chance to go into the office to meet the team.

Interview
Very efficient and rapid interview process.
Step 1 - Screening call with HR
Step 2 - Call with Sales Manager
Step 3 - Call with Sales Operations to run through previous performance metrics
Step 4 (final) - In person interview at their office. Consists of a culture fit meeting and a mock discovery call with a prospect
Although I didn't get the offer, Jasmin from the HR team was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. She gave a very strong first impression of Verkada from the go.
The initial recruiter did a great job at selling the interview process and awesomeness of the people I would be speaking with. ...They all seemed to be busy with their minds up prior to the meeting. I understand it is a competitive position but it felt like an audition where the director already made up his mind
basic interview questions - had to drive down to do an interview with multiple people, it essentially took a day, just to not get the job. Felt like we could have done it remote.
