Interview
I was recruited by a former HR director. I submitted my Resume and cover letter. I was called in for a one on one with my potential manager and then called to a one on one with his director.
I never interviewed for SEM position, Verizon acquired the company I worked for. however the interviews I participated in seemed to be cultural, and technology focuses. some one on one, some with group. mostly remote hiring.
