Recruiter screen, hiring manager video interview. Very professional process. Everyone I met was great. Size of organization was emphasized. Questions were behavioral oriented in screening interview. Was advised by recruiter to focus on the job description as they are literally written exactly for each role and hiring manager needs to check off each item. Great experience.

I interviewed with several members of the department in successive rounds. The interviews were mostly about fit rather than behavioral or skills-based and fairly consistent from one interviewer to the next.

Interview
Initial call with recruiter was quick and informative. However, asked to schedule interviews with 5 people within one week over a holiday weekend. Then didn’t hear from them for a month. Recruiter reached back out asking to interview again with 2 people. Two months later and never heard from them again.
