They originally said that it would be 2 phone interviews and then have me fly out to New Jersey for an in-person, but it ended up being 4 rounds of phone interviews. My first was with an HR rep, 2nd and 3rd were with Marketing Managers, and the final was with a HR Business Manager. Mostly all behaviors questions and about past experiences, any many of the some points were brought up in each round.
